: Who is really a God?? Allah or Shri Ganesh :: Mr. Zakir Naik do not provogue Hindus ::
Lets Analyse the facts :: and decide by yourself who is God/ Bhagwan??
A person called as Dr. Zakir Naik, dares all Hindus that "If you prove to me that Shri Ganesh is Bhagwan then I will eat the prasad "

!! Om Ganeshaya Namaha. !!
First thing is that Mr Zakir Naik No one can prove God existence with logics and science, no one can realize God without devotion, no one can achieve God with ego, which you can never achieve. God-realization is the highest state of consciousness and the goal and ultimate destiny of all souls in creation. Ultimately the ego weakens through endless expression of itself in many lifetimes of experience, finally disappearing completely in full Self or God-realization.
Now moving to your question "proving a God" well this is very hard task but we have done our best may we have achieved our Goal.
Lets analyse some aspects of Shri Ganesh and Allah :: a simple comparison :: Lets find who is real God/ Bhagwan::
Contradictions Allah to be God/ Bhagwan ::
Lets analyse the Quran first::
1) Quran shows no signs of being a divine book.
This can be subdivided into:
a) There no sign in Quran that men or man could not have created this book.
b) Instead, Quran has wrong science in it, and wrong moral ideas.
c) If Quran was truely from God, it would contain knowledge that we are not aware of yet. You think Quran has science? Read about the pre-Islamic scientific World and the wonderful scientists who were born before Islam came. If Quran wanted to convey science, why did it not convey all the science we know of? Instead, it conveyed either common sense, OR ideas stolen from Greek scientists. Remember, you do not have to be educated to hear a scientists knowledge from far-away lands, and lie to people around you to claim the scientific knowledge as "revealed" from God!
--> A real God would not allow his important message to be taken in a wrong way:
Quran is supposed to be an important message for humanity, right. If Quran was an important message to humanity from a real God, its Creator would have made SURE that the message would not be taken in a wrong way. The day is coming when more and more people are hating Islam. Assuming that Quran was from God, it is unfortunate to be born in such an era, where this important message of God is being hated so much.
Would the real creator (if he exists) allow any of His dear creation to be born in a place where His message was being hated so much, and thus not receive the message in the correct context? Ofcourse not.
The message of a Real God to his creation, would be very important and there would be NO one who would be able to tarnish the clean image of his message.
We have sane people finding faults with Quran and talking about using it as toilet paper. Would a real God allow this to happen to his message?
Not if he thought his message was important!
e) God would never declare his previous messages to be false, and only the latest one(Islam) to be true.
A real God would NEVER say this:
"And if any believe not in Allah and His Messenger, We have prepared, for those who reject Allah, a Blazing Fire!" -Quran 48:13
This verse is clearly talking about Islam and not just any Messenger or religion. There is another verse which says that "no religion will be accepted of man except Islam". (3:85).
f) A real God would not violate our rights.
Besides the above reasons, there is another logical explanation of why Allah cannot be a God.Allah is a God who becomes offended if you abuse or disobey him. What kind of weak God is that?
Here is an explanation, of why:
1) God cannot be offended when man abuses him. 2) Allah cannot be a true god. We will present two approaches to prove this. First, We will prove by logical reasoning that Allah cannot be a God. Then, We will present an analogy to support our claim further.
2) Logical Reasoning
God is supposed to be an infinitely powerful being. It is not possible to have any power or influence over an infinitely powerful being. It is not possible to effect God in any way.
let us study Allah, the God of Muslims. A muslim is told to worship Allah and praise him. Allah created man to worship him (Q:51.56). We know that Allah will punish all those who dont believe in him Quran 48.13 "And if any believe not in Allah and His Messenger, We have prepared, for those who reject Allah, a Blazing Fire!" Thus, if Allah will punish anyone who does'nt believe in him, he will also punish anyone who abuses him. But if Allah punishes anyone who abuses him, it means that Allah is offended when a human abuses him. This means that a human being can offend Allah, by either disobeying his orders, or abusing him. If a human can offend Allah, it means that the human being has control over Allah's emotions. A human being has control over Allah's anger and thus has partial control over Allah. But we know from our earlier discussion, that a being cannot be a God, if its emotions can be controlled by a human being.
Note: Abusing another human is a different matter, because a human can be effected by abuse, since she/he is not infinitely powerful, as God is. It makes sense to say that if God existed, he would provide justice to all those who were abused in any way, and would give punishment to those who abused the humans. BUT, God would not be angry at the criminals. The role of a good judge is to provide justice, without being effected by hate or anger, induced by the criminal. If Allah can become angry due to a human abusing him, the rule of Allah being the strongest entity is violated.
Conclusion: Allah, the God of Muslims, can not be a God. Now we will present an analogy to make this explanation more clear.
A guy whom we shall call 'X', is doing a study on social behaviors, decides to do an experiment. He wants to see the reaction of abuse on different types of people. He goes out on a street to meet people and chooses one guy whom he calls 'A'.
X says some verbal abuse and racial remarks to 'A'. But 'A' is a cool-headed guy and does not mind the abuse. Instead, he thinks to himself, that this guy must be insane. 'A' does not let his anger grow and just looks on to 'X' with amusement and raises his eyebrows and then ignores ‘X’, thinking its nothing to be serious about. X notes down the reaction of 'A' in his research journal and walks away to find another guy, whom he calls 'B'. Now, ‘B’ is a hot headed guy, who can become angry on the smallest of things. ‘X’ calls him some verbal abuse along with racial remarks. ‘B’'s anger shoots up very quickly and his blood begins to boil. He starts abusing ‘X’ in return, making even bigger and more vulgar abuse to ‘X’, telling him to '#$^@ off'. ‘B’ starts coming near ‘X’ and it looks like hes ready to punch X in the face. Before ‘B’ can do that, ‘X’ runs away for his life and disappears.
His study is complete. Which person, 'A' or 'B', has the greater character strength ? If you were to choose a leader for a group, who would you choose between 'A' and 'B' ? The vast majority of people would chose 'A' as the leader, who has more strong character, and has proven to be more resistant to attacks than ‘B’. Lets transfer this example to God’s. Suppose there are two God's.
One of them is God ‘B’, who is a sensitive God and for him, its easy to become angry when a human abuses him. So down on the planet, there is a man who abuses God B. God B becomes angry and he plans to punish the human for what he did. The God plans to burn the human and give him all sorts of pain when he dies. The other God, called God A, is cool-headed and when He sees a human being abuse Him, He doesn't mind, because his ego is not so sensitive as that of God B. God A loves humans unconditionally and infinitely. When He sees the human abuse Him, he thinks to himself that this human might be crazy and he forgives that human. He knows that abuse doesn't effect him. He still loves the human, and he knows that a human cannot harm Him in any way. When the human will die, he will see for himself, how loving God is.
So God A says to himself : “Nevermind, he's a human, my loved creation, it doesn’t matter to me if he believes in me or not. His belief or disbelief does not effect ME because I have infinite power over all things. I cannot be effected by even a million black holes, let alone a 65 kg 5’6” tall human, who will live only 70 years.” Which of the Gods, A or B, is more strong and loving ? Which of God do you think rules the universe?
A large majority of the people would choose God 'A', the one who is not affected by human abuse or love and loves his creation infinitely. If Allah is infinite in power, he is infinite in strength of personal character. If Allah can become angry due to a human abusing him, the rule of Allah being the strongest entity is violated.
God, if exists, does not and cannot become angry when a human praises/abuses him. Thus, Allah, the god of Muslims, who can be offended by abuse, can NOT be a true god.
Now analyse the true God/Bhagwan :: Shri Ganesh ::
Human life is beset with more of thorns than roses. In order to face the daily struggle against all odds man needs some support and protection. As all human beings sail in the same boat, such assistance can come about from some super human factor alone. By intuition, experience and scriptural knowledge he realized that offering prayers to Ganapati before beginning any human enterprise or venture can go a long way in mitigating the difficulties that he may face on the way. He was convinced that even a little success he achieves in his endeavors is due to the mercy granted to him by the Almighty Ganapati. The Lord Ganapati is therefore called by different names such as Vighneshwara, Vighna Vinayaka, Sukha Karta, Vighna Harta etc. implying His qualities as the universal problem solver and remover of all impediments on all paths.
Ganesha is identified with the Hindu mantra Om (ॐ) . The term oṃkārasvarūpa (Aum is his form), when identified with Ganesha, refers to the notion that he personifies the primal sound. The Ganapati Atharvashirsa attests to this association.
The message as :.:
(O Lord Ganapati!) You are Brahma, Vishnu, and Mahesa. You are Indra. You are Agni and Vāyu. You are Sūrya and Chandrama. You are Brahman. You are (the three worlds) Bhuloka [earth], Antariksha-loka [space], and Swargaloka [heaven]. You are Om. (That is to say, You are all this).
Note that ::
Katha Upanishad states:
"The goal, which all Vedas declare, which all austerities aim at, and which humans desire when they live a life of conscience, I will tell you briefly it is aum"
"The one syllable om is indeed Brahman. This one syllable is the highest. Whosoever knows this one syllable obtains all that he desires.
The Bhagavad Gi:tā (8.13) states that:
Uttering the monosyllable Aum, the eternal world of Brahman, One who departs leaving the body (at death), he attains the Supreme Goal (i.e., he reaches God).
In Bhagavad Gi:tā (9.17): Lord Krishna says to Arjuna - "I am the father of this universe, the mother, the support and the grandsire. I am the object of knowledge, the purifier and the syllable oṃ. I am also the Ṛig, the Sāma and the Yajur Vedas."
So from above observation one can conclude that:
Shri Ganesh = Om = Krishna = One pure Brahman (Bhagwan)
Also , lets analyse Ganapati Atharvasirshopanishad::
I bow to thee, O Ganapati, who is the Lord of all the groups of Deities ranging from Brahma. You are the personified form of Brahman or the Brhmatattva. You are the creator, protector and destroyer of all beings. You are the in-dweller, eternal, all pervading Brahman embodied in all of us as Self. (1)
Please, protect me, who is speaking about your true form. Please protect me who is hearing about your noble qualities. Please protect me who is teaching your adorations and worship to the other disciples. Please protect me who imbibes the spirit of Sadhana for your worship. Please protect me from all the obstacles in the way of my worshipping You emanating from all the sides and the directions (North, South, East and West, Above and Below). (3)
You are the word, deed and thought . You are the truth, consciousness and bliss. You are the One only and non-dual Universal Self. You are the personified Brahma, appearing before us. You are the entire knowledge and wisdom. (4)
This entire world has arisen from you, been nourished by you and dissolved into you. You support this moving and unmoving world. You are the five elements of earth, water, fire, air and ether. You are the four levels of speech viz. para, pashyanti, madhyama and vaikhari. (5)
You are beyond the three Gunas- sattwa, rajas and tamas. You are beyond the three states of consciousness - waking, dreaming and deep sleep. You are beyond the three states of body- gross, subtle and causal. You are beyond the three time-periods – past, present and future. You are seated in the Mooladhara Chakra in the physical body from where the Kundalini shakti arises. You are the source of three types of energy viz creation, maintenance and dissolution. You are always being meditated upon by the sages. You are the creator Brahma, the protector Vishnu and the destroyer Rudra .. You are the Indra, the Fire, the Air, the Sun, the Moon. You are Brahma, the three worlds viz. prithvi, antariksh and svarg and also the Pranava – OM. (6)
Your name starts with the letter 'ga', and ends with the letter 'sha' and in between come the letter 'a' and anuswara 'n'. These have symbolic meanings representing the 'ganas' of prosody, and the letters and sounds of 'akaara''anuswara' of the language and the ‘sandhis’ of the grammar. The sage of this hymn is 'Ganaka', its meter is 'nichridgayatrii' and the presiding deity is 'Ganapati'. After describing the structure of the mantra the Rishi gives the full form of the manra as ‘Om Gam’ after which one has to utter ‘Ganapataye Namah’ and then offer Namaskaars. This part is giving the deeper Vedic meaning of the mantrabiija ga (m*) and is called the Ganeshavidyaa. (7)
Now after reading all this a fool or stupid or idiot or dumb person can say easily that Shri Ganesh is God/Bhagwan.
Mr. Zakir Naik if you do not consider this truth then choose the correct type of person who you are??
“Om Gam Ganapataye Namah”

  1. JAI SHRI GANESHAY NAMAHA, may Bhagwaan bless all my hindu brothers and sisters and let the one who looks with an evil eye to us burn forever in hell

    1. This comment has been removed by a blog administrator.

  2. For foreigners, this God is cute and comic, which fits with current standards of coolness. Sometimes, you can find his picture in adverts in Europe. Here is a picture, in which Ganesha is advertising for a super market.

  3. So recently, I went to an Indian restaurant. I found a picture of Ganesha on the menu and I started telling his elephant head story to others. I made grave mistakes in my story and an Indian intern caught me. I was bit embarrassed. Then, I went back and read about Ganesha. I found amazing things about Indian scriptures. I mainly read this book.

Ganesha was not the main God in early vedic tradition. Some claim that he didn’t even exist then. The main evidence is that he wasn’t mentioned in Ramayana and Mahabharata at all. His myths were invented in 5th century and became the pop God of the time. The puranas(mythical books) were written about him. Someone also came up with Ganesh GITA. There was also a cult which believed that Ganesha was the highest God.

The most interesting fact is that these puranas are inconsistent with each other. There are multiple versions of same mythical events. For example, how was Ganesha born? Some sources say, his mother Parvati wanted a child but father Shiva didn’t. In a sex session, Shiva somehow feeds his semen to mouth of god of fire instead of her womb. This act made Parvati angry and she created Ganesha out of her neckless. From other sources, the sex session was interrupted by Vishnu, another God, and semen falls on the floor. This time Vishnu was complicit with Parvati. So, he does some magic and that semen drop became a child. This is one example. Every small piece of detail about him has multiple versions.

Its interesting! Next time I will tell people the correct story.

  4. Lord Ganesh could not save his own head from being severed, and therefore how he would save others.

  5. How could someone cut off a child's head just because he was protecting his mother's modesty.

  6. That is called illusion. Ganesha teached how to do duty and did it right and Shiva showed that he can take and also can give back and I must say the head of Ganesha suits him I can't imagine HIM in a other way and please do not Go with dirty stories, cause god does not do sex etc.

  7. abhi b confussion hi hy proof to abhi b koi nahi de paya k kon thek hy...

    1. Proof yhan par dekho- https://plus.google.com/_/im/117948605050831567900/posts/UuDxFTnvaui

  8. God has form and at the same time God has no form. What is the value to discussion what is God. The real value is the understanding the symbol and understand the real meaning and message.

  9. God has form and at the same time God has no form. What is the value to discussion what is God. The real value is the understanding the symbol and understand the real meaning and message.

  10. wtf ?!?!?!!
many changes have been made in the hindu religious books
but not a single point has been changed in the Holy Quran

  11. how can you analyse quran if you never learn how to read quran??????

  12. According to Bhavishya Purana in the Prati Sarag Parv III Khand 3 Adhay 3 Shloka 5 to 8.
"A malecha (belonging to a foreign country and speaking a foreign language) spiritual teacher will appear with his companions. His name will be Mohammad. Raja (Bhoj) after giving this Maha Dev Arab (of angelic disposition) a bath in the Panchgavya and the Ganga water (i.e. purifying him of all sins) offered him the present of his sincere devotion and showing him all reverence said, "I make obeisance to thee. O ye! The pride of mankind, the dweller in Arabia, Ye have collected a great force to kill the Devil and you yourself have been protected from the malecha opponents."

    The Prophecy clearly states:

The name of the Prophet as Mohammad.

He will belong to Arabia. The Sanskrit word Marusthal means a sandy track of land or a desert.

Special mention is made of the companions of the Prophet, i.e. the Sahabas. No other Prophet had as many companions as Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).

He is referred as the pride of mankind (Parbatis nath). The Glorious Qur’an reconfirms this

"And thou (standest) on an exalted standard of character"
    [Al-Qur'an 68:4]|

"Ye have indeed in the Messenger of Allah, a beautiful pattern (of conduct)".
    [Al-Qur'an 33:21]

He will kill the devil, i.e. abolish idol worship and all sorts of vices.

The Prophet will be given protection against his enemy.

Some people may argue that ‘Raja’ Bhoj mentioned in the prophecy lived in the 11th century C.E. 500 years after the advent of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and was the descendant in the 10th generation of Raja Shalivahan. These people fail to realise that there was not only one Raja of the name Bhoj. The Egyptian Monarchs were called as Pharaoh and the Roman Kings were known as Caesar, similarly the Indian Rajas were given the title of Bhoj. There were several Raja Bhoj who came before the one in 11th Century C.E.

The Prophet did not physically take a bath in the Panchgavya and the water of Ganges. Since the water of Ganges is considered holy, taking bath in the Ganges is an idiom, which means washing away sins or immunity from all sorts of sins. Here the prophecy implies that Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) was sinless, i.e. Maasoom.

  13. Dear Brother Ajay Devgan,
I respect your emotions and great effort to clarify the dispute, however we must understand to know the Truth we must seek it with a open heart mind and soul, I pray to Almighty God (in Arabic Allah) to give us guidance and use of right speech and invite to the way of our Lord with wisdom. Cause proving true God is very easy, you don't require any logic just look around the creations, the creations itself testifies that our creator is most high, beyond our imagination...hence the created things which resembles or not are not worth of our worship.
    Thanks and Regards
    Sunny Dsouza

  14. If you read the Qur'aan then the first thing you'll do is delete or re-correct this post and revert to Islam...learn about the Qur'aan not from one but 10 diff places you won't find any changes unless someone is not so learned about it....don't make false comments on it please...your God's are Humanic they resemble humans tell me if a human himself created the first ever human...?

ॐ Hindus Unity against Anti-Hindus ॐ

"ॐ Hindus Unity against Anti-Hindus ॐ"

Hinduism is on the attack from three main groups and each is as dangerous as the other. Firstly , the Christians have an upper hand on us with the economies under their control, secondly the petro-dollars in the hands of the Muslims and thirdly, from within us, the Hindus who either falsely or for some ulterior motives believe that Hinduism can survive the onslaught in modern times as it has in the past. In times when the Christians have openly taken on the task of harvesting us to Christianity, the Muslims with their Jihad and the pseudo secularists, who will stop at nothing, the gravity of the situation will have to be realized now or the very survival of Hinduism is at risk. Join us, together we can make the difference and fight as one.
